The California ISO has posted the revised final proposal for Phase 2 of the Hybrid Resources initiative. In addition, it has extended the comments deadline to Oct. 30, 2020, for the final proposal that was discussed during the October 15 stakeholder meeting, in order to allow for comments to be received over the revised version.
The revised final proposal clarifies how the proposed Dynamic Limit Tool would be applied to hybrid resources, and that such resources will not be subject to the Resource Adequacy Availability Incentive Mechanism (RAAIM). Please submit written comments on the revised final proposal by end of day October 30, through the ISO’s new commenting tool.
