The California ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on June 5, 2020, to review draft tariff language for the Market Settlement Timeline initiative. The ISO has posted two versions of the draft tariff language including changes to section 11 and changes outside section 11. A document explaining these changes has also been provided. The initiative modified the timeline for issuing settlement statements with the goal of increasing settlement statement accuracy and timeliness, allowing sufficient time to resolve disputes and streamlining the settlement cycle.

Stakeholders will have an opportunity to submit comments by June 3, 2020, for items they want ISO staff to address on the call, or after the call by June 12, or both. The ISO encourages stakeholders to submit comments before the call identifying potential areas of concern or possible changes, as this will enable the ISO to focus the call on the most important issues.
