The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on May 2, 2022, to discuss the straw proposal for a change to the Market Parameter Changes Enhancement and for a general procedure for temporal changes of market parameters.
The scope of the initiative is twofold:
- Specific change of Tariff language for Shift Factor Threshold
- General Parameter change procedure
The straw proposal has been posted. The presentation, will be available prior to the call on the Market Parameter Changes Enhancement initiative webpage.
Please submit written comments on the straw proposal by end of day May 9, 2022, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
The web meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
