The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder meeting on May 14, 2020, to discuss the issue paper and straw proposal for the Pseudo-Ties of Shared Resources initiative, which proposes to allow for a share of jointly-owned resources within the Western Energy Imbalance Market to be pseudo-tied to the ISO Balancing Authority Area.
The paper, as well as a presentation, will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/StakeholderProcesses/Pseudo-ties-shared-resources.
A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission. The ISO will publish its final positions in written materials in the relevant stakeholder process or legal proceeding.
