The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder web conference on June 24, 2020, to discuss the draft final proposal for the System Market Power Mitigation initiative. The proposal incorporates stakeholder input from the recently-published second revised straw proposal and corresponding written comments.

A presentation, along with the paper, will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/StakeholderProcesses/System-Market-Power-Mitigation.

In addition, the web conference will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.

Please submit written comments on the paper and discussion to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day July 14.
