The California ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on May 3, 2022, to present analysis as part of the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Resource Sufficiency Evaluation Enhancements (RSEE) Phase 1B initiative, which is available on the ISO’s website.
The scope of this part of the analysis covers the analysis of the intertie deviation adder, and the interaction between intertie schedules and WEIM transfers. The objective of the phase 1B initiative is to continue to enhance the accuracy and equitable application of the Resource Sufficiency Evaluation, as well as resolve any outstanding concerns that were raised by stakeholders in the phase 1 initiative.
A presentation will be posted on the initiative webpage at the link above prior to the call.
Please submit written comments on the analysis and call discussion by May 12, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the process webpage.
