Affidavits for Allocating and Retaining Transmission Plan Deliverability Due 12/4/20

MESSAGE

Generation interconnection customers must submit Transmission Plan (TP) Deliverability affidavits to the California ISO to be eligible to receive or retain deliverability allocations in the annual TP Deliverability allocation process. This notice applies to all active generation interconnection projects who are eligible to seek an allocation or who want to retain an allocation from a prior allocation cycle. Specifically, this applies to projects that:

  • requested Full Capacity Deliverability Status (FCDS) or Partial Capacity Deliverability Status (PCDS) in their interconnection request, including wholesale distribution access tariff (WDAT) projects;
  • requested FCDS and received an allocation for an amount less than requested and are seeking to increase their allocated amount, including WDAT projects;
  • have Energy Only Deliverability Status (Energy Only) and wish to seek TP Deliverability via the Energy Only TP Deliverability study outlined in CAISO Tariff Appendix DD Section 8.9.2, including WDAT projects;
  • seek to retain previously allocated TP Deliverability, including WDAT projects.

Energy Only projects and distributed generation resource (DG facilities) projects that are not seeking or retaining a TP Deliverability allocation do not need to submit an affidavit.

The table below describes the types of affidavits required and provides links to where they can be accessed on the ISO website. Please access the affidavit templates using the links provided, as they have been updated for the upcoming TP Deliverability allocation process.
