The California ISO has posted revised draft tariff language for the Commitment Costs and Default Energy Bid Enhancements (CCDEBE) initiative (Phase 1). The ISO has also posted draft tariff language intended to comply with FERC Order No. 831. All proposed language includes language that was previously posted and discussed during the June 11 CCDEBE stakeholder web conference, with some modifications to respond to stakeholder comments and necessary changes identified by the ISO upon further review.
In addition, ISO has posted a stakeholder response matrix, addressing stakeholder input on CCDEBE and the related FERC Order No. 831. The draft tariff language will be filed with FERC at the end of August 2019.
The proposed tariff language, as well as the stakeholder response matrix, are available on the CCDEBE initiative page at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/CommitmentCosts_DefaultEnergyBidEnhancements.aspx.
