The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder web conference on Feb. 27, 2020, to discuss the revised draft tariff language for the Commitment Cost and Default Energy Bid Enhancements initiative. The proposed draft language includes a proposal to decrease multipliers included in the calculation of default commitment cost bid caps consistent with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) guidance in the FERC’s Jan. 21, 2020 order on the ISO’s prior proposal.
The draft tariff language will be available on the initiative webpage prior to the web conference at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/CommitmentCosts_DefaultEnergyBidEnhancements.aspx.
A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments, to be considered during the call, by end of day Feb. 20.
