The ISO has posted the straw proposal for the Commitment Costs and Default Energy Bid Enhancements initiative to its website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/StrawProposal_CommitmentCosts_DefaultEnergyBidEnhancements.pdf. The proposal addresses the ISO’s bidding flexibility framework described in the issue paper and evaluated with stakeholders in the March and April working groups.

 

This proposal will be discussed at the July 6, 2017 stakeholder meeting.  A presentation and agenda will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/CommitmentCosts_DefaultEnergyBidEnhancements.aspx.
