The ISO has scheduled a Commitment Costs and Default Energy Bid Enhancements stakeholder call for August 11, 2017 to clarify the mitigation proposal discussed at the August 3, 2017 Technical Working Group meeting. During the August 11 call the ISO will discuss a new approach, and seek stakeholder feedback prior to the release of the draft final proposal.
The ISO has also extended the deadline to submit comments on the revised straw proposal. Please submit written comments on the proposal and the August 11 discussion to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business August 15. The extended timing for comments will allow the ISO to incorporate into the draft final proposal available on August 18.
