The ISO is hosting a stakeholder meeting on July 6, 2017 to discuss the straw proposal for the Commitment Costs and Default Energy Bid Enhancements initiative. The proposal will be available prior to the meeting.
The straw proposal will address the ISO’s bidding flexibility framework described in the issue paper and evaluated with stakeholders in the March and April working groups.
