The California ISO has posted the agenda for the Dec. 1, 2020, Executive Appeals Committee Hearing related to the appeal of proposed revision request (PRR) 1280, Local regulatory authority resource adequacy adjustments. The appellant and ISO reply briefs related to this appeal have also been posted.
The agenda, along with the appellant and ISO reply briefs, is available on the Business Practice Manuals (BPM) Change Management webpage at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.
During the public session, the committee will hear from the appellants, ISO staff, and other interested stakeholders on PRR 1280. The Executive Appeals Committee Meeting structure is as follows:
- Parties may not raise PRR issues outside the scope of appeal.
- The Executive Appeals Committee will have discretion to manage the meeting and examine the Appellants.
- Stakeholders may comment. Stakeholders that submitted comments regarding the appeal will be heard first.
The meeting will be recorded. The written decision of the Executive Appeals Committee will be posted to the ISO website by Dec.9, 2020.
