The California ISO will host an Executive Appeals Committee hearing on Dec 1, 2020 to consider any appeals of Proposed Revision Request (PRR) 1280. The ISO has adopted an expedited appeals process for this PRR, which is available on the BPM Change Management webpage at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.
The ISO BPM Change Management process enables the ISO and affected parties to propose and track all requested changes to ISO Business Practice Manuals, called PRRs. The process also includes the right to appeal a final decision for reconsideration on a PRR to an appeals committee consisting of ISO executives.
During the public session, the committee will hear from the appellants, ISO staff, and other interested stakeholders on PRR 1280. This PRR affects the Reliability Requirements BPM.
