The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

4410D Emergency Assistance Resource IDs, version 4.2, effective Aug. 20, 2021.

Added emergency assistance resources for the Balancing Authority of Northern California (BANC) per the Resource Data Template (RDT) request. The BANC is submitting a request to add new Intertie Resource IDs for emergency assistance between BANC and CAISO. Removed history prior to five years.

4420 System Emergency, version 13.1, effective Aug. 20, 2021.

Updated the following sections to include Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) and California State Emergency Program (CSEP): Alert, Warning, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Emergency downgrade.

Added Definitions for ELRP, Reliability Demand Response Resource (RDRR) and California State Emergency Program (CSEP).

4420C System Emergency Notice Templates, version 9.1, effective Aug. 20, 2021.

Alert, warning and emergency (AWE) messages modified to add references and actions related to demand response and the CSEP.
