Periodic Review:

• Updated from ISO to CAISO throughout.
• Updated North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) EOP-004 references.
• Minor formatting and grammar updates.

4110A DOE, NERC and WECC Significant Event Reporting Requirements, version 8.0, effective Oct. 28, 2021.

Periodic Review:

• Added new #2 & #14 to the Events that Require Department of Energy (DOE) OE-417 Report section and updated various language to match DOE Report form.
• Updated from ISO to CAISO and removed history prior to five-years.
• Minor formatting and punctuation edits.

5110 Real-Time Communications Guidelines, version 17.0, effective Oct. 28, 2021.

Annual Review:

• Section 3.6: added Note.
• Updated references to NERC Standard TOP-001.
• Replaced Reliability messaging system with Grid Messaging System (GMS).
• Minor grammar and format updates.
