The ISO will post to its website the Commitment Costs and Default Energy Bid Enhancements draft final proposal on August 23 rather than August 18 and will conduct a stakeholder call on Wednesday, August 30. The ISO has determined more time is needed to evaluate the comments received on August 15, which was an extension to an original due date of August 10, allowing stakeholders more time to prepare comments. This, in turn, has shorten the review time of the comments to be incorporated into the draft final proposal.

Please submit comments on the proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business September 11.
