As part of a monthly recurring series, the ISO has scheduled an Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources (ESDER) Phase 2 Implementation customer partnership group call on January 29, 2018 to explore the current changes related to the implementation of this initiative.
ESDER Phase 2 implementation, now scheduled for October 1, 2018, will impact the technology associated with DR settlements for scheduling coordinators and DR providers, within such areas as baseline approvals, baseline and performance calculations, performance submittals to the ISO, and stakeholder internal processes. Therefore, the ISO is seeking stakeholder questions and comments regarding implementation for discussion on the call. Please provide submissions to initiativecomments@caiso.com no later than close of business January 22.
