The ISO will be kicking off a new initiative later this year to improve the generator interconnection process called Interconnection Process Enhancements 2018. A more detailed stakeholder engagement schedule will be provided in a future market notice.
This initiative will evaluate potential changes needed to enhance the ISO’s generator interconnection procedures and agreements.
The ISO is requesting that stakeholders submit topic suggestions to be considered for inclusion in the initiative scope. Please submit topic proposals to jbradley@caiso.com by close of business August 30, 2017.
