The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

3140A TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision, version 2.1, effective Jan. 31, 2019.

Updated 2.21 to change responsible entity from Balancing Authority (BA) to Generator Operator (GOP).
Updated 5.1 and 5.4 to change data transfer method to Update Outage Management System (OMS), phone call is a courtesy.
Replaced NEV with NVE (NV Energy) under Operationally Affected Parties.

4110 Operations Emergency Preparation Notifications and Reporting, version 9.1, effective Jan. 31, 2019.

Section 3.1.2: Removed all but first bullet for clarity and consistency and added detail to time frame for reporting.
Section 3.1.3, Step 1: Removed seventh bullet (Prior to taking a unit off line or placing a unit on line), as it is no longer applies.
Minor format and grammar updates.

5510 Procedure Development, Maintenance and Distribution, version 5.0, effective Jan. 31, 2019.

Changed title of the procedure and combined content with procedures 5510, 5520, 5520A, 5520B, 5520C, 5530 procedures.
Removed the term “Interim Operating Instruction”, removed references to combined procedures throughout and removed technical review and approval sections.
Format and grammar updates throughout.
