Flexible capacity requirements
This initiative will establish an annual technical study process to determine the flexible capacity needed that guides resource adequacy procurements for 2015 and at least three years beyond.
- Outcome
  Through this initiative the ISO established a study process to determine the quantity of flexible capacity needed to reliably address the ramping needs for the 2015 resource adequacy year. After each future needs assessment study the ISO will publish a final report.
