CAISO IRP 38MMT PSP Stochastic and Deterministic PLEXOS Models with CEC 2019 IEPR Load Forecast
The ISO posts both stochastic and deterministic models of the CPUC 2019-20 IRP 38 million metric ton (MMT) Core Portfolio (as of January 2022) with the CEC 2019 IEPR load forecast. The modeling results were referenced in the ISO’s Opening Comments, submitted on Sept. 27, 2021.
