2027 Local Capacity Requirements Technical Study Final Results

The California ISO is conducting the local capacity technical study per section 40.3.1 of the ISO tariff and will hold a stakeholder meeting on Apr. 9, 2026, to present and discuss the proposed final 2027 and 2031 local capacity technical study results. The draft 2027 and 2031 local capacity technical study reports will be posted by the end of the day Apr. 2, 2026, and the presentations with the final study results will be posted on Apr. 7, 2026, both on the 2027 Local Capacity Requirements Process webpage.
