Comments due - 2027 and 2031 Local Capacity Technical Study Base Cases

The ISO has posted the draft base cases for use in the 2027 and 2031 Local Capacity Technical Studies on the ISO Transmission Planning secured website on Jan. 15, for stakeholder review and comment.

Entities may submit written comments on the base cases to regionaltransmission@caiso.com by close of business Jan. 30, 2026.
