Tentative: Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) and Day-Ahead Market Enhancements (DAME) Market Participant Support Bridge

The California ISO is opening this support bridge to assist participants during the EDAM/DAME transition. Before raising issues or questions on the bridge, Market Participants are asked to first open a CIDI inquiry case in the Production environment and select the EDAM/DAME Submission Type. This ensures CAISO can properly track inquiries and maintain confidentiality during the call.

The support bridge will also be used to proactively communicate any known issues that may affect stakeholder participation.
