This will be the third workshop in a series for education and discussion on market-to-market seams.

• The discussion will focus on transactions across market boundaries, including imports and exports. The agenda will begin with a panel of trading experts discussing cross-border transactions, followed by subject matter experts from SPP and CAISO providing an overview of day-one market rules for imports, exports, and wheels.
