The Customer Inquiry, Dispute & Information (CIDI) application provides Scheduling Coordinators (SCs) with the ability to manage their organization’s market inquiries and settlement disputes.
Access the application through the MPP*
Organizations without access to CIDI are encouraged to route inquiries through their Scheduling Coordinator (if applicable).
If your organization does not have a Scheduling Coordinator, please submit your request via our Contact us page.
An CIDI Overview computer-based training is available to Market Participants via the Market Participant Portal > Training tab
