The Outage Management System (OMS) provides market participants with the ability to report and manage generation and transmission outages through this web based system.

System help documentation can be found within the WebOMS application under the ‘?’ help icon. Additionally, ‘OMS Basics’ and ‘OMS Advanced’ computer-based trainings are available to WebOMS users via the Market Participant Portal > Training tab (certificate required).
