ISO meetings ensure transparency and stakeholder input

We conduct stakeholder meetings throughout the year to provide stakeholders the opportunity to stay informed on ISO market and operations and to provide input on initiatives and other ISO activities.

Board of Governors and committee meetings

Stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to participate in Board discussions and offer comments on ISO policies as well as provide input to key Committees.

Customer partnership groups

Forums to engage our customers in the planning, design and implementation phases of ISO projects and applications.

We are committed to increasing the active involvement of market participants in our initiatives and planning activities.

Miscellaneous stakeholder meetings

These meetings are non-initiative market and operations discussions to inform the ISO and our stakeholders on targeted topics.

Public forums

We host specialty forums on emerging issues and topics.

Release Planning

These workshops provide market participants with the business process analysis and technical specifications required to ready their systems for planned market enhancements.

Stakeholder symposium

We host an annual stakeholder symposium to talk about the major energy issues across the globe that affect the planning and operation of the transmission grid and market in an informal setting that promotes idea exchanges.

User groups and recurring meetings

User groups meet regularly to discuss issues pertaining to the customer inquiries, the dispute and information system, market updates, settlements and market clearing, systems interfaces, and for market performance and planning.
