Financial Planning Initiatives (including Start-up Funding for the Regional Organization for Western Energy) - Straw Proposal

This multi-topic finance initiative encompasses critical funding and planning actions such as extending the next Financial Planning Initiatives (including Start-up Funding for the Regional Organization for Western Energy). Together, these requests support long-term financial sustainability and maintain rate alignment with evolving cost and operational needs.

A straw proposal will be posted a week ahead of the meeting. The presentation will be available on the initiative webpage prior to the call.
