2022-2023 Transmission Planning Process: North of SONGS - Serrano 500kV Line Project Report

On May 20, 2024, the California ISO selected Lotus Infrastructure Global Operations, LLC in association with Southern California Edison Company as the approved project sponsor to finance, construct, own, operate and maintain the North of SONGS - Serrano 500kV Line Project, but did not post the associated report.

Per ISO tariff section 24.5.5: Within 10 Business Days after selecting an Approved Project Sponsor(s) for a needed transmission solution, the ISO will post on the ISO website a report regarding the selection of the Approved Project Sponsor(s).

The ISO will post the North of SONGS - Serrano 500kV Line Project Sponsor Selection Report by the close of business today, May 31, 2024. The selection report concluding the competitive solicitation process for this project will be available on the transmission planning process webpage.
