2023-2025 Ancillary Service Scarcity Event Report posted

The California ISO has posted the 2023-2025 Ancillary Service Scarcity Event Report to its website. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved the ISO ancillary service scarcity pricing mechanism with the directive that the ISO review the mechanism every three years. The review is to determines whether the mechanism is providing the intended price signals and incentives.
