2024-2025 Transmission Planning Process Approved Project Sponsor for the Manning - Metcalf 500kV Transmission Line Project

Pursuant to Section 5.6.2 of the Business Practice Manual for the Transmission Planning Process, the ISO is delaying selection of an approved project sponsor to finance, construct, own, operate, and maintain the Manning - Metcalf 500kV Transmission Line Project. This will allow the ISO additional time to conduct its comparative analysis and undertake the necessary due diligence before selecting an approved project sponsor.
