2025-2026 Transmission Planning Process: Competitive Solicitation Key Selection Factors posted

The California ISO identified a regional transmission solution that is eligible for competitive solicitation in the Board Approved 2025-2026 Transmission Plan and has posted its Key Selection Factors for the transmission solution recommended pursuant to Section 24.5.1 of the ISO tariff, which are available on the 2025-2026 Transmission planning process webpage.

With the ISO Board approval of the Transmission Plan in May 2025, the ISO will initiate the competitive solicitation for the eligible transmission solution. Description of the transmission solution recommended can be found in Appendix I of the Board Approved 2025-2026 Transmission Plan available on the process webpage linked above.
