2025 California ISO System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 Type 2 audit report of the bid-to-bill process issued

The California ISO (ISO) issued its annual System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 Type 2 audit report of the bid-to-bill process on Dec. 04, 2025, under the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 18 standard. 

The ISO's internal controls reflect the overall attitude, awareness, commitment and actions of the ISO Board of Governors, management, and stakeholders concerning the importance of corporate process control measures. 

The activities underlying the bid-to-bill process are constantly reviewed for improvement opportunities.
