2025 Participating Transmission Owner Per Unit Cost Guides meeting on 5/8/25

The California ISO will host a stakeholder call on May 8, 2025, to review the Draft 2025 Draft Participating Transmission Owner (PTO) Per Unit Cost Guides. The draft cost guides are available on the recurring process webpage.

The ISO Generator Interconnection Procedures require that participating transmission owners update and publish per unit costs annually as part of the current interconnection study cycle for estimating the cost of facilities required to interconnect resources.

Please submit written comments by end of day May 22, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool on the recurring process webpage.

The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the process webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
