2026 Infrastructure Policy Roadmap and Catalog Process: Policy Initiatives Catalog submissions due 3/2/26

The California ISO is currently accepting submissions for proposed infrastructure policy initiatives as part of the new 2026 Infrastructure Policy Catalog and Roadmap process. We invite all stakeholders to complete the submission template, available on the 2026 Infrastructure Policy Catalog and Roadmap webpage. Submissions must provide a detailed proposal information about the proposed infrastructure design issue and the scope of the suggested policy initiative.

Stakeholders may submit proposals through March 2, 2026, via the comment template located on the 2026 Infrastructure Catalog and Roadmap webpage. The ISO encourages stakeholders to use this opportunity to raise infrastructure policy issues for consideration by the ISO and other stakeholders. Stakeholders will review and provide prioritization feedback on all submitted proposals during the infrastructure catalog development process this spring, and results will inform the ISO’s Infrastructure Policy Roadmap.
