2026 Market Policy Catalog and Revised 2026 Market Policy Roadmap posted

The California ISO has posted the 2026 Market Policy Catalog and the Revised 2026 Market Policy Roadmap to the 2026 Market policy catalog and roadmap process webpage. The Market Policy Catalog summarizes stakeholder policy initiative proposals and stakeholder support for these proposals and is a key input to developing the 2027-2029 Market Policy Roadmap that will be published in Oct. 2026. The ISO thanks stakeholders for their participation in the prioritization workshop and survey.  

The revised 2026 Market Policy Roadmap is an updated workplan through the end of 2026 for existing ISO market policy stakeholder initiatives. The Revised 2026 Roadmap includes several schedule changes in addition to the two new initiatives that were added this spring: (1) intertie schedule modeling enhancements, and (2) variable operations and maintenance cost review.
