2027 and 2031 Local Capacity Technical Study Draft Results call on 4/9/26

The California ISO is conducting the local capacity technical study per section 40.3.1 of the ISO tariff and will hold a stakeholder call on April 9, 2026, to present and discuss the proposed final 2027 and 2031 local capacity technical study results. The draft 2027 and 2031 local capacity technical study reports will be posted by the end of the day April 2, 2026, and the presentations with the final study results will be posted on April 7, 2026, both on the 2027 Local Capacity Requirements Process webpage.

Please submit written comments on the stakeholder meeting discussion on the final 2027 and 2031 local capacity technical study results by end of day April 16, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on 2027 Local capacity requirements process webpage linked above.
