2027 Local Capacity Requirements: Draft Study Manual posted; call on 11/3/25

The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on Nov. 3, 2025, to discuss the criteria, methodology, and assumptions to be used in the 2027 Local Capacity Technical study. A draft study manual addressing these topics is available on the process webpage.

An agenda and presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the process webpage linked above. This meeting will not be recorded.

Please submit written comments on the by end of day Nov. 17, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the process webpage.
