Additional NERC/WECC Charge for Assessment Year 2026: Settlement statements and invoices published 12/30/2025

WECC has corrected its invoice of the 2026 statutory assessment for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) to reflect an additional charge of $13,505.00. On Dec 30, 2025, the California ISO (ISO) will issue settlement statements and invoices reflecting this charge to the Market Results Interface-Settlements (MRI-S) and the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) server. The additional charge will be allocated to scheduling coordinators consistent with other NERC charges, according to Section 11.20.4 of the tariff. 

Statement and invoice files can be retrieved in MRI-S by setting the post date to 12/30/2025. Statement and invoice file sets are available on MRI-S and SFTP for 45 calendar days after publication. Scheduling coordinators are advised to download the files for validation purposes and future reference.

The charges appear on the NERC/WECC final statements and invoices under charge code (CC) 6490, with Jan 1, 2024 as the trade date.

Payments are due by 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Feb. 12, 2026, pursuant to ISO Tariff section 11.20.5.
