Annual Demonstration of Commercial Viability due 6/5/26

Generator interconnection customers that demonstrated Commercial Viability Criteria (CVC) to extend their Project’s Commercial Operation Date beyond the 7/10-year allowable time-in-queue are required to provide an annual demonstration of continued CVC. The annual CVC demonstration is normally due during the annual TP Deliverability allocation/retention cycle. However, as there is not a TP Deliverability allocation cycle in 2026, the annual CVC demonstration for 2026 will be due on June 5, 2026, which falls equidistant between the 2025 and 2027 TP Deliverability allocation cycles.  For annual CVC demonstration requirements, refer to Section 6.1.5.1 of the BPM for Generator Management and the ISO Tariff Appendix DD section 6.7.4.
