Cluster 15 Auction and Project Scoring Determination Information

Cluster 15 project scores are now available in the Grid Resource Interconnection Portal (GRIP) application. There are zero auctions for Cluster 15. 

To view overall scores in GRIP, select the project and view the comments tab. To view specific categories: select the 'my projects' link, hover over any column, select the triple bar, click on the 3rd icon, and scroll to the bottom to select the scoring categories. 

Notes on point allocations: 

• Zero projects were eligible for points in the Long Lead Time Resource Category
• Local Capacity Area Resource category points were awarded based on the information provided in the Local Deficient Bus Bar document.
• Expansion points were awarded if proper documentation was provided for each tariff requirement:
  • 10 points: 1. executed GIA AND 2. notice to proceed
  • 20 points: 1. facility being expanded is online
  • 50 points: 1. executed GIA AND 2. notice to proceed, or 1. facility being expanded is online; AND 3. the Generating Facility’s generator tie line to the ISO Controlled Grid has sufficient surplus capacity to accommodate the sum of the maximum capacities of the extant Generating Facility and the expansion
