Cluster 16 Load Serving Entity Commercial Interest Opt-In Window Open

The California ISO Cluster 16 Load Serving Entity (LSE) Commercial Interest Opt-In window is now open. The Opt-In form can be found on the Interconnection request and study webpage, under the Cluster intake scoring and commercial interest section. 

Capacity/Point amounts are expected to be provided the second week of July 2026. LSEs must formally opt in by completing and submitting the above referenced form to irinfo@caiso.com and have criteria posted to their public website by July 31, 2026. 

The ISO will periodically update the LSE Opt-In list as the ISO receives requests from LSEs. The complete list of opted in LSEs contact information, website link for their criteria and process as well as the amount of capacity/points each LSE has available to allocate to project(s) will be published by Aug 7, 2026.
