Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements: Comment template posted; comments due 2/6/26

The California ISO has posted the comment template for the Issue Paper and Straw Proposal on Product Definition and Issue Paper on Revenue Adequacy and Auction Efficiency Enhancements on the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative webpage.

Please submit written comments based on the issue papers and Jan. 21 stakeholder discussion by end of day Feb. 6, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
