Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting on 5/28/26

The California ISO will host a stakeholder meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on May 28, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to further discuss potential enhancements related to auction efficiency and revenue adequacy.

The meeting materials and paper will be posted in advance on the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative webpage.

Please submit written comments in response to the discussion by end of day June 15, 2026, using the ISO’s commenting tool available on the initiative webpage linked above.

The meeting will be recorded, and the video will be posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is provided for informational convenience only, and any related transcriptions may not be reproduced without the ISO’s permission
