Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting on 5/28/26 moved to 6/2/26

The California ISO has postponed the Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting for May 28, 2026. This meeting will now take place on Tuesday, June 2, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. These changes will allow time to incorporate stakeholder feedback on prioritization provided in comments, refine materials, and ensure a more complete and productive discussion.

Also, please note that the EDAM Congestion Revenue Allocation workshop has also been cancelled, and this time will be repurposed as part of the updated schedule.

The meeting materials and paper will be posted in advance on the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative webpage.

Please submit written comments in response to the discussion by end of day June 15, 2026, using the ISO’s commenting tool available on the initiative webpage linked above.

The meeting will be recorded, and the video will be posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is provided for informational convenience only, and any related transcriptions may not be reproduced without the ISO’s permission
