Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements; Phase 1 Final Proposal to be posted

The California ISO (ISO) will post the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements - Phase 1 Final Proposal to the congestion revenue rights enhancements initiative webpage by end of business day, July 6, 2026.

The final proposal reflects stakeholder feedback received throughout the stakeholder process and presents the ISO’s recommendations for Phase 1 enhancements to the CRR framework.

The proposal is scheduled to be presented to the ISO Board of Governors and Western Energy Markets Governing Body on July 16, 2026.
