Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements Virtual Working Group Meeting on 6/9/25

The California ISO will host a virtual public stakeholder working group meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on June 9, 2025. 

This session will include a review of stakeholder feedback on the draft goals and problem statements discussed at the previous meeting, an opportunity for stakeholders to present on their experiences with the CRR market, and further discussion on developing goals and problem statements. This will be the final meeting focused on goals and problem statements before these are finalized, and the initiative moves to the policy development phase. 

For the presentation segment, the ISO invites stakeholders to present in 20-30 minutes their experiences with the ISO’s CRR processes, the types of transactions used to hedge their own congestion risk or provide products and services to entities that are, and suggested goals and/or problem statements for the initiative based on these experiences. If you would like to present, please notify the ISO at the email addresses below by end of day June 5, 2025.
