Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements working group meeting on 2/27/25

The California ISO will host a public stakeholder call for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on Feb. 27, 2025. This session will include a presentation from  the Market Performance and Advanced Analytics team at the ISO. The presentation will cover CRR Auction Efficiency and CRR Revenue Adequacy, supported by case study examples. 

Please submit written comments based on the working group discussion and presentations by end of day March 14, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage. 

The meeting will be recorded and the files posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
